أولاً: التعريف

مرحبًا بكم في موقع ديباج (Depaj). باستخدامك لهذا الموقع، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة التالية وجميع السياسات الأخرى المرتبطة بها، بما في ذلك سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع وسياسة الخصوصية.

عند تقديم الطلب، يُعد ذلك عرضًا للشراء يخضع للقبول من قِبل إدارة ديباج.

يتم تأكيد الطلب فقط بعد استلام الدفع بنجاح.

الطلبات المخصصة أو المصممة حسب الطلب لا يمكن تعديلها أو إلغاؤها بعد تأكيدها.

الأسعار تشمل الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

خامساً: المنتجات المخصصة

يتم تنفيذ المنتجات المخصصة وفقًا للبيانات والمواصفات المقدمة من العميل.

العميل مسؤول عن دقة التفاصيل المقدمة (مثل المقاسات أو النقوش أو الأحرف).

لا يحق إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المصممة خصيصًا إلا في حالة وجود خلل مصنعي واضح.

سادساً: تحديد المسؤولية

لا تتحمل ديباج أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو التأخير في التسليم بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل مشاكل الشحن، أو الإجراءات الجمركية، أو القوة القاهرة).

في جميع الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤولية ديباج قيمة الطلب محل النزاع.

سابعاً: التعديلات على الشروط

تحتفظ ديباج بحقها في تعديل أو تحديث شروط الخدمة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
يُعد استمرار استخدامك للموقع بعد نشر التحديثات موافقةً ضمنية على الشروط المعدّلة.

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

  • Depaj shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from website use or delivery delays due to external factors (such as shipping issues, customs delays, or force majeure).

  • In any case, Depaj’s total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.
