Shipping policy


أولاً: مدة الشحن والتوصيل

يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح بين 15 إلى 45 يوم عمل، حسب نوع المنتج وحالته (جاهز أو مصمم خصيصًا حسب الطلب).

يُرسل إشعار تأكيد الشحن إلى البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل فور شحن الطلب.

قد تختلف المدة الفعلية للتوصيل بناءً على الوجهة الجغرافية وإجراءات الشحن الدولي.

لا تتحمل ديباج مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الجهات الجمركية خارج إرادتنا.

ثانياً: رسوم الشحن

تختلف رسوم الشحن وفقًا لموقع العميل ووزن الطلب وقيمة المشتريات.

قد تُطبّق رسوم إضافية على الشحن الدولي أو في حال اختيار خدمات توصيل خاصة.

تُعرض رسوم الشحن النهائية في صفحة الدفع قبل تأكيد الطلب.

ثالثاً: تتبّع الطلبات

بعد شحن الطلب، يتم تزويد العميل برقم تتبّع (Tracking Number) عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية.

يمكن متابعة حالة الطلب في أي وقت من خلال موقع شركة الشحن المعتمدة.

رابعاً: حماية المشتريات

تسوّق بثقة مع ديباج — في حال حدوث أي خلل أو مشكلة في الطلب، نضمن لك الدعم الكامل لجميع المشتريات المؤهلة.

في حال فقدان أو تلف الطلب أثناء الشحن، سيتم فتح تحقيق رسمي مع شركة الشحن، ويُعوّض العميل حسب السياسة المعتمدة.

يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الشحنة لضمان المعالجة السريعة.

خامساً: العناوين والشحن غير الناجح

يُرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوان الشحن بشكل صحيح وكامل عند إتمام الطلب.

ديباج غير مسؤولة عن التأخيرات أو الفقد الناتج عن معلومات شحن غير صحيحة أو ناقصة.

في حال فشل عملية التوصيل بسبب عدم توفر المستلم أو خطأ في العنوان، قد تُعاد الشحنة، ويتحمّل العميل تكلفة إعادة الإرسال.

سادساً: الطلبات الدولية

يتم شحن الطلبات الدولية عبر شركات شحن موثوقة، وتخضع للرسوم الجمركية والضرائب المحلية الخاصة ببلد الوجهة.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية سداد أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب تُفرض بعد مغادرة الشحنة من البحرين.

لا يمكن استرداد هذه الرسوم من ديباج بعد تحصيلها من قبل سلطات الجمارك.

  • Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and international shipping procedures.
  • Depaj is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers or customs authorities.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees vary based on the destination, order weight, and total value.
  • Additional charges may apply for international or express deliveries.
  • Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Orders can be tracked directly through the courier’s website at any time.

4. Purchase Protection

  • Shop with confidence — Depaj provides full purchase protection for all eligible orders.
  • In the event of a lost or damaged package, an official claim will be filed with the courier, and compensation will be provided according to policy.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for timely assistance.

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and completely.
  • Depaj is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If delivery fails due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address, the package may be returned, and reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

6. International Orders

  • International shipments are handled by trusted couriers and may be subject to customs duties and local taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes after the order leaves Bahrain.
  • Depaj cannot refund or reimburse these charges once collected by customs.
