والإسترجاع
أولاً: سياسة الإسترجاع
يمكن للعميل ممارسة حق الإرجاع خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية غير مستخدم وغير متضرر، مع جميع التغليفات والعلامات الأصلية.
لا يُقبل إرجاع أي منتج تم استخدامه أو تغييره أو تلفه بعد الاستلام.
المنتجات المصممة أو المُخصصة حسب الطلب لا يشملها حق الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي واضح.
في حال كان سبب الإرجاع ناتجًا عن خلل في المنتج أو خطأ في الطلب من جانب ديباج، تتحمل الشركة كافة التكاليف، ويتم استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل دون أي رسوم إضافية.
أما في حال كان سبب الإرجاع نتيجة تغيير في الرأي أو خطأ في المقاس أو المواصفات التي أدخلها العميل، فإن تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع تكون على عاتق المشتري.
ثانياً: سياسة الاستبدال
يُمكن استبدال المنتج في حال وجود خلل أو عيب مصنعي خلال 14 يوم عمل من استلام الطلب.
يخضع الاستبدال لتوفّر المنتج المطلوب أو خيار بديل مشابه بالقيمة نفسها.
يجب التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء قبل إرسال أي منتج للاستبدال لتأكيد الأهلية واستلام تعليمات الشحن.
ثالثاً: سياسة الاسترداد المالي
بعد استلام المنتج المُعاد والتحقق من حالته، سيتم استرجاع المبلغ خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام المنتج.
يتم الاسترداد بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية ما لم يُتفق على خلاف ذلك.
ديباج غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير ناتج عن الإجراءات البنكية أو شركات الدفع.
رابعاً: المنتجات غير المؤهلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال
المنتجات المصممة أو المنقوشة حسب الطلب.
المنتجات التي تم تعديلها أو استخدامها.
الطلبات التي تجاوزت مدة الـ 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ الاستلام.

Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Policy
- Customers may exercise their right to return within 14 business days from the date of receiving their order.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt.
- Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- If the return is due to a product defect or an error made by Depaj, the company will cover all costs, and a full refund will be issued.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size/specifications provided by the customer, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within 14 business days of receiving the order, only in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired product or a similar alternative of equal value.
- Customers must contact the support team prior to returning any item to confirm eligibility and receive shipping instructions.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- Depaj is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
4. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom-made or engraved products.
- Items that have been altered, used, or damaged.
- Orders exceeding 14 business days from the delivery date.
